Hi im a music producer , im trying create a youtube channel . I have an idea what i want my video to look like . I pick a couple of videos to sample from , i just want to know what are the names of the effects in these videos \

They don't have names.  They're visual techniques.  It would be like giving a name to an authors writing style -- you can describe it, but you can't categorize it.

Answer: That is much more complicated than one button, there is many people, asembly lines etc,
So what are those assembly lines and people? Show me!

First to work in our factory and make cars you have to learn some AE Factory basics: After Effects tutorials | Learn how to use After Effects CC  an to be honnest witrh those basics you should be able to do all what you see in those animations.

First video we see:

- logo movement, small snow effect, 2 layers in blending mode/opacity adjustment, small wiggle/glitch movement on one of those layers

it's some kind of glitch and digital distortion, check this useful link to learn more about it also you will find some free staff can help you create this kind of effects 8 Ways to Create Digital Distortion in After Effects

What you need to do is isolate the "effect" and describe what you are looking to do then figure that out.  What I saw in a short few seconds was some sort of a glitch effect, maybe a shift channels or something but most effects have a combination of things going on that the artist designed.

As noted below, snow and other things have a ton of different ways from snow plugins to more controlled things like Trapcode Particular and in each of these, it requires study to figure out how to achieve the effect.
