Need help with my json format animation

Hi,

I recently have started working on .json file animation is After Effects.

I have to work on a character animation and then render it using bodymovin plugin into a json file. I want to rig the character (using duik or any other plugin). The issue is when you work with json format animation, no effects or plugins works and hence I cannot rig my character using these plugins.

Is there any way I can rig a character and then render it as .json

Please help me, I really need this information

You can convert all expressions to keyframes using the respective keyframe assistant. Otherwise the limitations stick and you have to design your work with them in mind or use other tools like Animate. at the end of the day, Bodymovin/ Lottie is still just a crutch to a problem that can be solved more elegantly outside AE in many cases.
