Without any system information and other technical details such as possibly crash logs we can't really tell you much. In fact you even made your screenshot useless by cropping it as at least that might have allowed a guess about potential screen issues. The only thing I can see is a vague mention of "Juice" and if it refers to the Digital Juice plug-ins and scripts, the first thing to do would be to remove them. they are not compatible with recent versions of AE.
