Has anyone else had any issues with the new after updates working for Mac users?

i running the latest release on mac os x and I have no issue, try to explain what issue you have

I am as well and have the most updated version of AE. When I playback it stuters even if it has been pre-rendered to watch. You can see the green lines are stutter lines instead of consistant. It also always starts at the start when I hit play instead of wherever I want.
