new roto is AWESOME

I would just like to say KUDOS and THANK YOU to the engineers for the improvements to the roto brush in 24.0.1.

Just last week I was working on a project with footage submitted to me by a student. Done on a phone with poor lighting. Subject skin tone is very similar to the wall behind her. Other difficulties as well. It was very hard to roto, and I was despairing of getting it to work... I thought I might have to redesign this entire project because this footage is practically unroto-able by someone like me who doesn't have time to manually do this frame by frame.

Then I updated... and tried again... AMAZING. It found all the edges almost perfectly!! WHAT??? Even the places where the colors were hard to distinguish. Of course, it needed tweaking as it usually does. But not a ton. The point is, it made the footage usable!

So thank you! This update was right on time for me.
