NO ABRE EL INSTALADOR After_Effects_Set-Up

intento instalar el adobe after efects y simplemente el archivo After_Effects_Set-Up no abre, me pasa igual con el adobe premier, necesito ayuda.

Are you using adobe creative cloud to install the Apps ?
