I've created an illustration in Illustrator which I would like to animate in After Effects later. To create less of a 2d illustration, I've added some shadows and structures using the draw inside mode. As the structures I want to use are pixel based, I've created graphic symbols to keep the file size low. Then I created a clipping mask to be able to change the color of the structures.
Everything worked perfectly fine but now when I tried to import the file as a composition in After Effects the structures don't appear at all or are being imported with less intensive colors.
Does anyone know what's the problem or what I could try to solve this?
Thank you for your response!

You didn't design your artwork at 72 DPI and effects based on relative sizes such as drop shadows simpl whack out. That and of course there could be any number of other issues like a wrong color mode/ color profile, the symbols needing to be expanded to retain correct appearance and whatnot. Impossible to really make sense of your issue based on such vague and generic info.

Thanks for your answer. I now changed the settings to 72dpi which didn't change anything when importing to After Effects. The color profile of the Illustrator file is sRGB IEC61966-2.1. I uploaded the files here in case that helps: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SRanyb2mCVoy9yTY01hfAk8bT976-g3b?usp=sharing

What does the Illustrator artwork look like in After Effects when the Composition Magnification is set to 100% and the Resolution is set to Full?

As far as I can see, it's the same. So the appearance doesn't change when changing the composition magnification and the resolution.
