Hey I've cleared cache, I've made prioritised memory to After Effects and I still can't get any play back. When I close the app to reload and try again, program doesn't shut down, I have to close through ctrl+alt+delete.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue still remains.
This has seriously impacted work flow and is massively disrupting upcoming deadlines.
How can I fix this problem?

Without any system info nobody can tell you much, but the usual steps apply: Update your graphics driver (and others), check your cache and multiframe rendering settings and so on.

Thanks for sharing the details, Mitchell28690021kpg6.
Which GPU do you have? Please make sure its diver is updated. Also, have you tried resetting the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after...
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
