No se puede asignar memoria After Effects

En cada proyecto que intento trabajar me aparece el siguiente error al exportarlo, en Media Encoder también me aparece ese error.

Mi equipo:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 - 6GBRAM (Driver DCH 551.23)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz

24,0 GB RAM

Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Estoy un poco desquiciado porque necesito trabajar y entregar proyectos.
