Client want to use this same character that he used on his website for his explainer video.

I see it on a website before but i forgot what was it .

It's probably part of a "corporate activities" stock image bundle. a quick reverse search with Google Lens doesn't provide an exact match, but I'm sure if you spend a bit of time on it it will pop up on the usual sites like Adobe Stock of course, Envato and so on.
