Hello, I have a problem with after effects.

I am trying to open a project but I have this message which prevents me from opening the project: "One of the layers cannot be condensed".

Can you help me ? I changed my computer and I have the same problem.

It's not clear what you mean. "condensed" is not AE terminology, but likely you mean "collapsed". In any case, you have to be much more specific and provide details about your project and composition structure, exact error messages, system info and so on.
