While importing a photoshop file prepared for animation in aftereffects, fails to do so, even after multiple trials. Issue not getting detected. This is happening only with this particular photoshop file. Not any other file. Please help.

Without any info about your file like a screenshot of it being opened in PS with the layers palette visible to understand its structure and other info like system details, version of AE, import options, storage locations and so on we cannot tell you anything. You have to be much, much more specific.
