PC restarts suddenly when use 2 application simultaneously

Hi, anybody know why my PC suddenly restart when use 2 application adobe simultaneously?

 

this often happens when i use premiere pro with after effect,or after effect with photoshop or illustrator. this very annoying when work but suddenly restart. But if i use just 1 application there is no problem

i use laptop zephyrus G15 with spec


  • AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS
  • 40 GB DDR4 (i upgraded)
  • 2 TB SSD (i upgraded
  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060  6 GB
  • windows 11

 

I'm sure i updated the driver tho

Before diving into potential solutions, could you please let me know if you've encountered any error messages during these incidents?

One common reason for such problems is an outdated or unsupported GPU driver. If you could share the version of your Nvidia GPU driver, that would be helpful. Also, please let me know if you're using a Game Ready or Studio driver.

Are you experiencing a Blue Screen? Do you have any third-party plug-ins installed for After Effects or Premiere Pro? We recommend trying to change the renderer to Software Only (File > Project Settings) in both applications.
