pick whip tool issue

hi everyone,

please i need urgent help ,

i can't find the pick whip tool icons (the ones in red circle) in front of each layer attribute like i'll be showing it in this screen shot

Right-click on the column headers to toggle additional columns.

Shift + F4 is the keyboard shortcut to reveal the Parent/Link column. The other commonly used columns are available by selecting their icons in the bottom left corner of the timeline.
