Playback pauses on animation markers

Each time I playback video it pauses on the animation in/out markers After Effects

is there a button to turn on/off anything that would help would be Greatly Appreciated

Looks like these markers control time remapping of that layer via expressions.. What happens if you remove those markers? (press ctrl + click on a marker to delete it)

If you select the layer and press "uu" it will reveal all modified properties for that layer. You will probably see Time Remapping or some other effect that is controlled by an expression that uses those markers as timing guides. The layer is a nested comp so you may have to open up the nested comp to see what is going on inside that comp. 

To give you the best advice on fixing the problem you need to embed* a screenshot showing us the modified properties of the layer so we have some idea how the thing works. 

* The "Drag & Drop here..." area is buggy and should not be used to share images. Please use the toolbar or just drag your images to the reply field.
