Those are all 3rd party paid effects. Unless you bought them and installed them, they are not going to be there.

Any chance you can help me with one more thing. My ae project is set to 1080p and only 30 fps however the file size once exported is 8 gb for only a 24 second video. I use avi because QuickTime doesn't work for me. Any suggestions on how to lower file size

You can export H.264 from After Effects if that works for you.
