plugins and presets broken

After Effects converted my project, and some plugins stopped working (video copilot fx console) and made my presets disappear (from the effects & presets list). I also tried opening a new project file (to test) and all my presets and plugins were working fine. Any fixes?

please note that the conversion also happened completely randomly as it was a new project file and no new updates were released within the timeframe

figured it out, apparently i had two duplicate copies of adobe after effects.

if you have this problem you must reinstall 24.01, and update from adobe creative cloud from your older version and click save preferences. The presets and plugins just simply weren't in the 24.01 so this was probably a migrating issue.
