Hello all! I can't open a single pop up menu with any of the AE versions up to date. When i click on the arrow to open the options, like for exemple the type of stroke on text, it just flashes and stays shut.
Check the GPU settings in Preferences. Try updating your GPU Drivers. Try deleting, renaming, or resetting your AE Preferences file. You can find it in Preferences/General or you can reset preferences by holding down Shift + Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd when you open After Effects.
If that doesn't work we need the AE version and system info down to the last decimal point.
