Prévisualisation extrêmement lente

Hello tout le monde, 

J'ai un gros problème avec After et Pr, mais surtout Ae. La prévisualisation est hyper lente, même quand mes animations se résument à des anim de positions ou d'échelle, au point qu'il est presque impossible de correctement les synchroniser. 
Ma config date seulement de septembre et je pensais qu'elle était correcte donc je suis assez perplexe sur la situation. Que ce soit la V2024 ou V2025 d'after j'ai le problème (mais encore pire avec la V2025).

Voici ma config : 
- Disque interne 1 : SAMSUNG SSD 870 EVO 2 TB 2.5 SATA

- Disque interne 2 : KINGSTON NV3 2000G M.2 2280 PCIE 4.0 NVME

- Carte mère : ASROCK B650 PRO RS AMD AM5 B650/4DDR5/4SATA3

- Barettes : GSKILL DDR5 RIPJAWS S5 64 GB 6000 MT/S 2 X 32GB

- Processeur : AMD CPU RYZEN 7 9700X MAX-5.5GHZ -100-100001404WOF

- Carte graphique : KFA2 5070 EXG

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you getting this issue in all the projects or just a particular one? Do you mind sharing a screen recording from After Effects and Premiere Pro that shows the problem? It'll help us to understand the issue better. As basic maintenance, you can try clearing the media cache in After Effects as well as in Premiere Pro.

I have the issue in all of the projetcs and clean the media cache each time I open Ae. I recorded a video and linked it to this post.

Thank you for your effort. It would be very helpful if you could record the entire UI and share that video. It's much better if we can see the full UI of the app. Also, what's the resolution and frame rate of the comp?
