Sooo I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm all new to Adobe software (I really only use Premiere Pro and After Effects) so I've basically been figuring stuff out through trial and error. Unfortunately, this causes a bunch of technical errors because, ya know, you don't know what you don't know. In an effort to clear space on my computer, I deleted a bunch of thought to be "random" folders, such as 22.0, Adobe, etc, all the ones that automatically pop up on your computer after installing Adobe apps. Now, I'm unable to open neither Premier Pro nor After Effects without some kind of error popping up. I'm not sure if this was due to me deleting the folders but that was the only sensical explantion I could come up with on my own. I've scowered forums but haven't found any concrete solution. I have project files on those apps for my job so needless to say I'm freaking out. Anyone know what's going on and how I can fix it??? Thank you!!!

Oh my... Reinstall the programs and never ever delete "random" Adobe folders again!!! It may not be convenient when Adobe are scattering their stuff all over the place, but there's a reason why those folders exist.

When I uninstall them, will it delete projects I've been working on? That's been my biggest fear in this whole process.

No, uninstalling the Adobe apps using the Creative Cloud desktop app will not delete any project file or any other file/folder in your system that's not related to application installation.
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
