Preview green and black after using rotoscope to remove background

My preview is stucked in this situation, seems is always calulating. Video has trasparent background  and has been created with a dinamyc link from adobe premiere

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you help me with some details?

1. Did you use the Rotobrush tool, or was the media rotoscoped using a different method? 

2. Please share your current After Effects and Premiere Pro versions.

3. Please share the source file properties (format, codec, frame size, frame rate). Let us know if the video was recorded using a camera.
