Preview In Black - HELP!

Help Please!

My preview is black and no matter what I do, the files come up as black. In particular on this project, when I go to close the file, it causes AE to crash. I've tried the following:

  • Purging all cache files
  • Restarting computer AND AE
  • Tried the: Go to After Effects Preferences > Display and uncheck Hardware Accelerated Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels solution...doesn't work

This happened in the middle of the project just randomly. 

I am using the "Orb" and "VC Reflect" on some of the files. 3D movements.

Tech Specs:
AE version 2022
Macbook Pro 16" 2021

Chip: Apple M1 Max

Memory : 64GB

OS: Monterey 12.4
