Preview Panel Not showing Media

Hey there, I'm Somewhat new to the program I've used it for roughly 9 months. This past week Something switched and the preveiw Panel quit working. It comes up, but displays nothing. I've restarted The program, the computer, even Cleared the memory and disk cache. The project is essentially done, But I've tried rendering whilst It's like this and it doesn't seem to work.

Try resetting your workspace (Window/Workspace/Your Workspace/Reset workspace menu) or pick another workspace.

If that does not solve your problem try resetting preferences by holding down Shift + Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd when you open After Effects.

If that does not solve the problem we need workflow details, system info, AE version, and embedded screenshots showing us the problem. Please use the toolbar to embed images.

* The "Drag & Drop here..." area is buggy and should not be used to share images. Please use the toolbar or just drag your images to the reply field.
