Preview screen stops working in a few seconds.

Hello, I work with 2D animation projects that are not too heavy.
But recently I started having a problem with the after effects preview screen where after a few seconds the screen just crashes and I can't see anything at all in real time. When I open the program it works normally without slowness but after a few seconds of use it crashes and I can't do anything if it doesn't work.

I have already installed and uninstalled the program, even formatted the computer, but the problem still persists.

My computer: i7 8700 (integrated graphics) 16 GB 120GB SSD No video card

I guess the cause would be related to your graphic card. You change some setting to legacy and have a try.

1. File menu -> Project Settings > Video Rendering and Effects tab > Use: Mercury Software only

2. Composition menu -> Composition Settings -> 3D Render tab -> Classic 3D
