Problem in after effect with colour, blur and export

I have opened my after effects and there have been all these changes. I don't know where they come from and I can't get back to the normal after effects.
When I open the colour palette the colours show up like in my attachment 01.
When I do blur it reacts really weird like in attachment 02.
And when I export, the video is super overexposed, attachment 03.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use this in the future, but I'm sure I'll be able to.

Hi @Boris Le Hachoir,

It appears that the project you're working on has had its Project Working Space set to an HDR profile. Try going to File > Project Settings > Color and change the value of the Working Space to Rec. 709 Gamma 2.4 or sRGB. You might also set it to None if the project you are working on does not require color management.

Cheers,
