Problem: Mask feather masks every corner (Pr 2019)

I just want to mask feather the tree but the mask feather masks everything in area. 

How can I mask with mask feather one side?

App. Adobe Premiere Pro 2019

You could use the Mask Feather tool. 

It is located in the Tool panel, it shares space with the Pen tool.

It allows per vertex feathering. 

Just click at the vertices of the mask and drag with the tool.
