problem with converting from ae to media encoder

im trying convert the composition to media encoder and nothing happens. I dont know what should I do. Both is 2020 version. Somethimes show writing " uploading a dynamic link has failed"

Start by not storing your projects on the desktop and create a dedicated work folder. Since this appears to be some laptop, also verify that you actually have enough space in your temp and user documents folders. That and of course check the hardware acceleration stuff, both in AME and AE.
