Problem with importing graphics

New Here ,
Mar 26, 2025 Mar 26, 2025

I have prepared a graphic with layers in adobe illustrator and want to load it into after effect. Unfortunately when I import the graphic by selecting "new composition from footage" the graphic loses a lot of quality. I import the layers but they lose terribly - it looks like a very, very pixelised graphic. I reainstall all app, cleaned memory and still doesnt work. Do you have an idea?

Thanks for reaching out, Marry.

Looks like you're zooming in on the Composition panel. In this case, it would be expected for the graphics to look pixelated. Go to 100% magnification to preview the original resolution of the artwork. Switching to 100% magnification may make the artwork look small. You can scale the artwork and enable the Continuously Rasterize switch to make it sharp. More details: https://adobe.ly/3RmpTKq

Hope it helps. Feel free to reach out if there are any other questions. Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.

Thanks,
Nishu
