Tengo un video que esta a 25fps y mi composicion a 60fps y al intentar hacerla rotoscopia me sale esta alerta y no me dija seleccionar nada

Yes, you need to set your comp to match the footage framerate. Should not be much of an issue, given that you later can simply nest it inside another comp.
