Problemas con After effects, no reproduce

Al momento de crear una composición, agregar audio y unas pocas figuras, el programa no permite realizar más interacciones con estas figuras ni escuchar el audio, además de no reproducir lo que ya se ha hecho. Tampoco permite exportar.
