Problemas con el GPU y Intel 5500

Buen dia a todos, tengo un problema con el GPU en After Effects 2020, tengo un Windows 2010, y utilizo una Notebook con Intel 5500 - i3 core, cuando quiero usar el pluggin de ELEMENT 3D, me aparece un Mensaje: "Element failed to initialize OpenGL. Please ensure your GPU drivers are up to date, and that your GPU is compatible. If the problem persists, please contact support, support@spd.net"

 

Yo tengo un Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500, no tengo tarjeta grafica. y una version instalada del OpenGL 4.4 (220 ext).

Quisiera saber cual es el problema, o donde esta el probelma, o como puedo solucionar este problema para ejecutar el ELEMENT 3D. Y si me pueden explicar en Español mejor.

Nothing to solve. E3D never has run on intel GPUs. It really needs a dedicated NVidia or AMD GPU.
