Hi everyone. I have this problem:

I created several videos in AE and Premiere and I exported them with codec H264 in MP4 format. Then I sent them to my android phone (whatsapp, email and google drive). In my PC I can see them fine but in my android I can't. I sent those videos to some people, someone can see them but others can't. In my phone I can play every other MP4 file but i can't play MP4 files exported from AE and Premiere, using and not using Media Encoder. I try everythings and everything points that the problem is with the export.

I hope someone could help me.

Regards

Facundo

Maybe you could give us precise details about the framerate of the video, the resolution, with what bitrate you are exporting it, etc. etc. You could use the MediaInfo application to obtain information about the clip or simply explain us with screenshots included the whole export process, maybe you are exporting with too much framerate, or too bitrate, or a huge clip, etc., we will not know until we have details.

Hi Byron, thank you for your answer. I share with you the details of 2 videos, one exported from premiere and other from media enconder and created with AE. I generated the information with the app that you recommended me MediaInfo. Maybe you can figure out with this information.

Thank you!

Without specific info about exact settings and your exact smartphone details nobody can tell you much. Simply sounds like some data gets messed up/ misinterpreted and/or you may have an issue with some permissions on your mobile.
