Meu after Effects parou de funcionar der repente, entra na tela de inicialização e logo em seguida fecha e cria um arquivo crash na area de trabalho.

Could you please let us know the version of the GPU driver you're currently using? If it isn't up-to-date, we recommend updating it. If this doesn't resolve the issue, consider removing any third-party plug-ins you may have installed.

Minha GPU e um  Ryzen 5 4000 G-Series Desktop Processors with Radeon Graphics, esta atualizado todos os drivers e continuo enfrentando o problema.

What's the version of After Effects you're using? Did you try removing the third-party plug-ins? Here's how - Go to the following location and remove (or move to a different location to keep a backup) all the files and folders except dummy.txt and try to launch After Effects.
Location - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

I'm having the same problem using the After effects 2023 version. I've already checked the issue of third-party plugins and only the Dummy.txt file appears.
