PugetBench score of 509/542

I had a post about render times, it seems a little better now but I'm questioning this issue now.

 

I ran a PugetBench benchmark and my score was 509. This is the lowest score of ANY benchmark result with my CPU. I ran the benchmark later again, but I enabled XMP on my RAM, which I thought I had on but I didn't. It was at 2133 mhz and now it's at 2800mhz. (I will probably change to 3200 later) The score on this one was 542.

My specs:
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600X

GPU - NVIDIA GTX 1660 SUPER (i'm about to upgrade to an RTX 3060 Ti, would the current GPU be the problem? the results on PugetBench all had better GPUs)

RAM - Corsair Vengeance 2x16 32 GB 3200mhz

Storage - WD SN550 1TB
