Random render artifacts Adobe After Effects

Hello,

hope someone could help me with issue I'm having on AE.

Usually I export in EXR or Prores from a non color managed working space in AE so I can conform everything in ACES on Davinci Resolve.

On the last project I've noticed a flashy artifact happening randomly on AE'e exported footage. Basically for a reason I'm not understanding AE compresses some frames.

This is how the original footage looks like:

And this is the exported version from AE:

We can clearly see some compression going on randomly on some frames.

Even though all effects are disabled, a green tint is applied and if you watch closely on the clouds you can see compression artifacts.

Did someone ever encountered this issue?

I'm on a Mac Studio M1 MAX 64gb. But I've exported these also from a Windows computer but the results are the same.

The export was created with AE's internal render tab (Not Media Encoder).

Hope to solve this soon, since I'll need to deliver the job soon.

Hey Alessandro,

Welcome to the community. I can understand how frustrating this must be. Could you share a copy of your source file, a screenshot of your color settings in the Project Settings window (Command + Option + Shift + K), and screenshots of your export settings (Output Module Settings and Format Options)? This will help us reproduce the issue on our end.
