Render Nothing

Hi everyone, i am very new to after effect so i think this may be some newbie mistake, but after tried every solution i found on internet, when i render my file, all i got were empty frames. I cannot render the Solid Layer no matter what i try 😞 can someone help to check the file i attached below and see if something wrong, thank you

The problem is not a bug. You only have one layer and it has been set to a Guide Layer. Guide layers do not render.

Did you follow some kind of tutorial? You have conflicting effects. The Tint effect is unnecessary, you could have used a Red solid and adding it after adding glow pretty much kills the glow, Even better, you could have created an animated shape layer with a glow.  You have applied Linear Wipe twice and you could have recreated exactly the same image with a single mask on a red so

The Tint effect is unnecessary, you could have used a Red solid and adding it after adding glow pretty much kills the glow, Even better, you could have created an animated shape layer with a glow.  You have applied Linear Wipe twice and you could have recreated exactly the same image with a single mask on a red solid or an animated shape layer with blur added. You are also going to run into color problems with a full 255 red value against a transparent background that will render with color values of 0, 0, 0 (black). Those extreme color values against each other are going to cause problems when you render to a compressed 8-bit format like H.264 (MP4).
