Render started to be terribly slow

Hello, 

I make music videos and I working through dynamic links beetwen After Effect and Premiere Pro. My music videos often have a large amount of effects, but so far it hasn't caused much of a problem with render and replece. Suddenly, however, process of render and replece began to take 10 times more and have a lot of bugs even though I use the same effects and I do the same thing as before. I will add that I tried to render in a different way, e.g. by media encoder. Do you know what could be causing the sudden slowdown of my render?

Some third party plug-ins do not support the feature of multi-frame rendering. You try to turn off this option.

Preferences > Memory & Performance > Enable Multi-Frame Rendering
