Rendered area isn't playing smoothly

Hello

Using AE 22.2 - I'm playing a specific segment (using spacebar preview, skipping every other frame) and it plays slow while rendering it. When I replay it immediatly from the same timing, it still plays slow as if it's still rendering, although the cache indicator shows full green.

It happens occasionally.

Any ideas?

That's not ideal. Sorry for your issue, Guym20.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? What are the details of the footage (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Also, does it happen with all the media files?

Please try clearing the media cache and resetting the preferences as basic maintenance.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu

LATEST

CPU - Intel i7-4790K 4.00GHZ

GPU - GTX 960 2GM

RAM - 32 RAM

OS - Windows 10

It can happen in every kind of comp, specifically now - 24 fps, 1920x1080 (it's not a video, it's animation, so there's no format/codec).

I did clean the media cache, didn't help.

Thank you
