rendering not working

when i render in my after effects, the whole video speeds up in my camara roll. even though i didnt speed it up. can someon please help me?

You need to check your framerates in the render settings, preview settings, the comp itself, footage interpretation. All this can affect and override playback speed. You may want to read the online help on some basics.

That can happen if you have an issue with your frame rate FPS, double check the frame rate in the preview settings, sometimes you may preview at 60 fps and your composition fps is 24, so be sure you use the same frame rate everywhere, in the composition settings, preview and render settings
