Reopen effects and presets panel

I mistakenly closed the effects and presets panel, now i can't find it. how do I reopen it.

On the top right of the interface you'll see "Default", "Standard" ect.. if it's blue is selected.

Right click on it and then "Restore saved layout"

I am currently using After Effects  They are charging me but I cannot open it are they ripping my off     Just taking the money
