ROTO BRUSH IS NOT WORKING   , ITS UNABLE TO SELECT SUBJECT

Try selecting the layer you want to use, pre-compose, moving all attributes, give the pre-comp a name like "Roto Layer," then choose the pre-comp from the main comp (your Roto Layer), then use the menu to open the layer in the footage panel and try Rotobrush again.

If that does not work we need a lot more information about the layer and your workflow.
