I bought a recent laptop, and when I go to click to use the rotobrush, AE just crashes and closes after 5 seconds, and I don't know why. I've already tried changing the Ae settings but nothing seems to have any effect... Please help me!!!
My laptop is a Lenovo Gaming 3i, with 11th Gen Intel i5-11300H 3.10Ghz, with 8GB of RAM and integrated graphics card Nvidia GTX1650
Ps: I also have a computer, which already had these same RAM and graphic card configurations, and this type of problem has never occurred before

I think it could be the low system specs. Your computer is not meeting the minimum RAM requirement.
What's the resolution of the footage you're working with? Is it 4K? Can you with full HD or HD footage?
Let us know.
Note: Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.
Thanks,
Nishu

Thank you very much
Hmmm, I don't know if that's it, my computer already had lower settings and this kind of thing didn't appear (Compared to my laptop)
In the case of video quality, I did it in 1080p, but I've even tried it on images, and also in another video format (besides MP4), but all I have to do is make the first draw on rotobrush and AE hangs for 5-10s and closes T-T

Is there anyone here who can give me an idea of what it could be? I really need this function for my work

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
Make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

SSD 512gb (it's 50% full now)
I did this, downloaded the latest Nvidia driver today (Studio Driver), and it still shows the same bug
