Scaling a hexagon shape layer from a specific part of the hexagon

Hi, I'm trying to control the size (specifically the "Outer Radius") of a hexagon, but instead of scaling from the center, I want to scale from the bottom. Does anyone know how to do this?

Create a shape layer group, adjust the group anchor point and use its scale.
