Script to make selected folder the official "Solids Folder"

Explorer ,
Dec 01, 2021 Dec 01, 2021

If you right click a project folder in After Effects you can make it the official "Solids Folder".

Is there a way to make this assignment via a script?

The FolderItem Object doesn't appear to have a property for this assignment. I'm wondering if there is a way to do this through a menu command. I can't find the menu id for the contextual menu item "Solids Folder".

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If the menu ID query function doesn't turn up anything, then it's not available. Really not much more to say than that. It's probably some weird hack that doesn't have a proper corresponding internal reflection.

Not 100% sure, but I suspect the same as Mylenium: It is probably not doable via scripting.
