[ScriptUI] Is it possible to have a dockable Script UI without the title like we have the Tool UI?

So usually we've some Script UI that have the title. (Like Project panel) in this screenshot.
Basically I want to have a ScriptUI that doesn't have a title which should dockable (Like the toolbar pointed with the green arrow).

Is it possible?
