I am looking for a solution for my issue and hope someone can help. I am trying to create looping videos with audio, when I render without the export audio checked it seems to be looping seemlessly but when I check the export audio it seems to be pausing both audio and the video for a frame or so. I would really apriciate if you can suggest a fix for this.

You can get imported footage to loop using the interpret footage panel in After Effects (Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd + g with the footage selected in the Project panel).

There is no guarantee that any media player will seamlessly loop footage. All of the generic ones pause for a moment while the media resets.  If you loop the footage in After Effects or Premiere Pro and it works, and it doesn't work in your media player, you need to change the media player or redesign the project so that the paus

Give us a little more details regarding the format with which you are exporting, the bitrate, if the audio from .mp3 or is a .wav, tech specs of your system, and all the possible details not only issue but of the hardware and software too, to get a clearer idea.

Thanks for the reply. The audio I am using is wav. I have exported both in quicktime and H.264. They seem to have the same problem, when I render with no sound it loops seemlessly but pauses right at the end of the video when I render with audio.

quicktime

preset:adobe stock 4k with audio

video codec: apple pro res 422HQ

Thanks Rick. It seems to be looping seemlessly within the after effects following your method. I guess I need to find  player that can support this. Thank you!

Right, the problem is the player. We've had this problem with QuickTime Player. Have you tried VLC?
