shpe color automatically transparent

When you draw a shape, the color automatically becomes transparent. The line color is the same as the original color.

Double-click on th color fields to change the defaults.

The color automatically changes to transparent like that from the first time it was made. even if i change it to another color, it will change to a transparent color. 

even after uninstalling the program and reinstalling it, the current problem does not go away.

Click on the "Fill" text to set extended default options then.
