slow performance on after effects with fast pc.

Hi,

can anyone explain why the softwere always get stuck and freezes?
I paid lots of money on the pc and on all adobe apps,
the pc is brand new:

ryzen 5900x.

rtx 3080 10gb.

fast m2 ssd 2TB

another 512GB m2 ssd.

32GB 4000 mhz cl 16

on windows 10 64.

mabye change something on settings menu?

Your system specs are pretty good, but could you tell us what version of After Effects you're using, what footage you're working with, as many details as possible other than what effects you're applying or tools you're using, everything this is important to get a more general idea of the possible issue.

last version, the creative cloud dont have another update.

mainly 1080x1080 files up to 30 seconds

the error you see on the attachment happend once.

You still don't tell us what effects you're applying and exactly what footage you're working with. Try updating your GPU drivers depending on the brand and model. After Effects gives you a suggestion to change the renderer, try right there changing to something other than "Software Only".

the after effects just working slow .   

the playback preview  on quarter and still takes lot of time .
