Snapping of Current time indicator & Keyframe

I use latest Ae app. In my app Snapping of Current time indicator & Keyframe does not strong enough. Is there anyway to fix this?

Are you holding down the Shift key while dragging? It seems to be working fine at my end.

You might want to give that a try. Holding down the shift key enables snapping.
