Speed graph not working properly

Hello, 

I'm having some issues with my speed graph and I don't really know why. Yesterday it was still working properly (the graph was going up, than down), but today it only goes up (or not moving at all) and I don't know why.

Before I modify the graph I always tap f9 to easy ease my keyframes. And this is what it looks like:

I think you have selected the value graphs instead the speed graph in your Graphics Editor. Change to Speed graph in the Graph Type and option button (Check image). Also check if the values of your keyframes are not exactly the same, ie, Transition Completion goes from 0 to 0.
